Blake Koch on Kansas…..“We had a great run last weekend at Dover in the Daystar Dodge and it really helped build my confidence for the final stretch of the season. We only have 5 races now to try and catch Timmy (Hill) and we’re going to do whatever it takes to get that done. Kansas is the only track of the final 5 where I’ve never raced at before so this should be my biggest challenge for the remainder of the season.”

Rookie of the Year battle…..Blake Koch continues to trail Timmy Hill in the NNS Rookie of the Year chase by 2 points after his 21st place run at the Monster Mile last weekend. About MacDonald Motorsports
The MacDonald family name has been in the racing circles since owner, Randy MacDonald, started his own driving career in the 1980’s. The provisions made by Randy’s father, Merril “Doc” MacDonald, and mother Pat helped Randy start racing professionally and establish his own company. Randy’s father Doc helped him create business relationships and carry out other important functions of the team until finishing his own race in March of 2007. Despite his death, Doc’s impact on the team will not end, as MacDonald Motorsports continues on in his honor and memory.
